I am trying to develop a lab test for genotyping patients on new SNP site. There does not seem to be any change in restriction map (based on online mapping tool). The sequence seems to be very repetitive and low in GC. The allele specific PCR primers are being tested right now. I am look for another tool/chemistry to try. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Thank you
