Is it possible to break the extraction process of DNA between Proteinase K addition and Phenol/chloroform steps? Will freezing the sample to -20 keep the integrity of the sample until the process can be continued?
My samples have undergone Proteinase K lysis but time won't allow for the extraction before the weekend!!
I need an answer asap
