I have isolated medicinal plant extracts which inhibit in vitro antimicrobial resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Salmonella typhimurium, Klebsiella pneumoniae. In fact, the extracts are microbicidal all nosocomial pathogens. I want to study them in vivo and also study the metabolic pathways. Suggestions , methods and co-operation solicited.
