I was recently hired as an Account Manager (first job out of college) and am having difficulties establishing new sources of business. I keep hearing from companies how slow the economy is and that they already deal with selected vendors. Well, I am in the position to offer much lower rates. My firm also will only provide QUALITY people. How do I get this point across to those who are displeased with their current vendors yet because of politics, continue to use them.
