The material covered includes basic principles, factors affecting the absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion of drug candidates, quantitative development of pharmacokinetic parameters and the extrapolation and progression from In vitro data to preclinical results to human trials to patient utilization of successful drug products. Participants will have the opportunity to use some of the quantitative techniques presented during the course.
