Overview:
Employees are no longer expense items to your organizations. They are now critical parts of our organizations. This change has changed the way that organizations need to consider their human capital assets and the way that organization operates in the knowledge age rather than the time of the family farm.

This webinar follows the changes in business from the time of the family farm to the industrial age to the knowledge age and how these changes have forced organizations to undertake a new focus on their employees.
